ON-ICE TRAINING

On-Ice Training is where development meets game-speed execution.

These professionally coached sessions are designed to translate directly into performance during competition. While off-ice work builds mechanics and strength, on-ice training integrates skating, puck control, decision-making, and situational awareness in a live environment.

This is where skills are tested, refined, and sharpened at full speed.

WHAT IS ON-ICE TRAINING?

On-Ice Training is a structured, coach-led development session focused on improving skating mechanics, puck execution, and game-transfer performance in a real ice environment.

Athletes receive real-time correction while working on acceleration, edge control, puck handling in motion, shooting in stride, and competitive situational drills. Sessions are designed to simulate game conditions so improvements show up where they matter most — during live play.

Every drill has purpose. Every rep has intention.

POWER SKATING

Power Skating focuses on skating mechanics, stride efficiency, and edge control. This format is typically 40-min. private or semi-private to allow for deeper technical correction and progression.

Sessions emphasize acceleration, transitions, balance, conditioning, and skating efficiency to improve overall speed and explosiveness.

Better mechanics create faster, more confident athletes.

COACHES CORNER

Coaches Corner is a 60-min. small-group on-ice skills session designed to bring everything together — skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting — in one high-tempo, competitive environment.

Athletes train at game speed while receiving individual coaching and correction within a structured group format. These sessions emphasize skill integration, decision-making, and situational awareness.

High pace. High reps. High development.
