Coach Jordan is the Founder and Head Director of AZ Hockey Academy. With a passion for player development and a commitment to excellence. Jordan has built a training environment that pushes athletes to reach their full potential on and off the ice.

PHILOSOPHY

Jordan’s approach is rooted in one principle: training must translate to game performance. Every session is designed with purpose, and every rep is coached with intention to ensure that athletes are building habits that carry directly into competition.

 

His development framework emphasizes:

BACKGROUND

Jordan believes the best athletes are built through consistent standards, elite habits, and an environment that demands growth—while still keeping the game fun and purpose-driven.

He has coached athletes across multiple levels of the game and has a track record of developing teams and players to compete at a high level.

 

As Head Coach of the Desert Mountain High School hockey program, he led the team to a second-place divisional finish through structured systems, culture-building, and high standards.

 

He also served as Head Coach for the Jr. Sun Devils, where his leadership helped guide the team to a state championship—reinforcing his commitment to preparation, discipline, and winning habits.

THE STANDARD

AZ Hockey Academy was built to be more than a place to “get reps.” It is a performance-driven training environment where athletes develop confidence through structure, repetition, and feedback.

 

Jordan’s vision is to provide a development pathway that supports athletes year-round through skills training, strength and conditioning, and on-ice progression—helping players become complete competitors.
