AZ Hockey Academy was built around a simple belief: development should never be random.
Every athlete deserves a training environment that combines purposeful coaching, clear expectations, and a system designed to create measurable progress.
Founded by coaches with high-level playing and coaching experience, AZ Hockey Academy brings hockey skills, strength and athletic development together under one development philosophy.
We don’t believe in wasted reps or one-size-fits-all training. Athletes are challenged according to their age, ability, goals, and stage of development—creating an environment where they can build skills, confidence, and habits that translate to the ice.
