Director of Operations & Offensive Skills Coach, Jordan Allan, and Head of Public Relations & Fundamental Skills Coach, Matt Lucero, a group of skillful coaches & hockey players, have dedicated their lives to changing the game of hockey for all ages. Through AZ Hockey Academy, players are able to tap into their inner Wayne Gretzky or Martin Brodeur and become the stellar athletes that they truly are.

Each training session is designed to not only increase each athlete's skill-level but also to grow the love of the sport. Hockey is unlike any other sport. It takes consistency, focus, drive, mental & physical strength, as well as the discipline necessary to compete at the next level. AZ Hockey Academy brings all of these elements together to create a high-intensity learning & training environment for each player. Our mission is to build the confidence, strength, and discipline of each player and goalie, on and off the ice through our unique & proven coaching methods.
