This extended format allows for deeper focus on technical skills, advanced game strategies, and conditioning drills — giving you the time to refine every detail of your game. Whether it’s mastering your shot mechanics, improving skating power and agility, or breaking down in-game decision-making, our expert coaches create a fully customized plan to fit your goals. With 90 minutes of one-on-one coaching, every rep is optimized for performance and long-term growth. Benefits of 90-Min. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a high-quality training environment and consistent scheduling for all athletes, AZ Hockey Academy enforces the following booking and cancellation policies: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to properly manage class sizes and offer availability to other athletes. FAILURE TO CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), will result in the session being counted and/or charged in full. MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS For athletes on a membership plan, missed sessions without proper notice will still count toward the total number of sessions for that billing cycle. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be required. COMMUNICATION For all cancellations or changes, please contact your coach directly. For urgent matters, you may also contact AZ Hockey Academy at (602) 962-2756. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
