Service Description
90-minute Private Development provides extended, one-on-one training with an AZ Hockey Academy Performance Coach. This format gives athletes more time to work through multiple areas of development, increase quality repetitions, and address both technical skills and hockey-specific performance in greater depth. Training may focus on: * Shooting mechanics & scoring * Stickhandling & puck control * Hockey IQ & decision-making * Movement, coordination & athleticism * Position-specific skill development * Strength, speed & hockey-specific performance * Multiple development priorities within one session The extended format allows the coach to combine technical instruction, high-repetition skill work, immediate feedback, and performance training without rushing the development process. Best for athletes looking for comprehensive individualized development, multiple areas of focus, or a higher-volume training session.
Cancellation Policy
To provide a consistent, high-quality training environment for every athlete, AZ Hockey Academy has established the following booking and cancellation policies. Scheduling All sessions are reserved in advance. Membership athletes attend their scheduled weekly training times, while private and small-group sessions are booked individually based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your coach or AZ Hockey Academy at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your training time to another athlete. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in the session being considered completed and charged in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. Membership Attendance Membership training reserves a recurring spot each week specifically for your athlete. If a scheduled membership session is missed without proper notice, that session will count toward your monthly membership and cannot be carried over or credited to a future billing cycle. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy.
