Take your development further with our 90-minute Group Training sessions, designed for players who want more time to refine their skills, compete in high-rep drills, and build game-ready confidence. With extended training time and small-group focus, athletes receive more instruction, more repetitions, and more opportunities to simulate real game situations. These sessions allow coaches to go beyond fundamentals, layering advanced drills, situational play, and conditioning into a fast-paced training environment. Players leave not only with sharper skills but also the endurance, decision-making, and confidence to perform at their best when it matters most. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a high-quality training environment and consistent scheduling for all athletes, AZ Hockey Academy enforces the following booking and cancellation policies: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to properly manage class sizes and offer availability to other athletes. FAILURE TO CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), will result in the session being counted and/or charged in full. MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS For athletes on a membership plan, missed sessions without proper notice will still count toward the total number of sessions for that billing cycle. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be required. COMMUNICATION For all cancellations or changes, please contact your coach directly. For urgent matters, you may also contact AZ Hockey Academy at (602) 962-2756. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
