Service Description
90-minute Elite Small Group Development provides extended, individualized training for up to two athletes directly with AZ Hockey Academy Performance Director Jordan Allan. Sessions are customized around each athlete’s skill level, development needs, and long-term goals while using competition and shared training to increase intensity and game application. Training may focus on: * Shooting mechanics & scoring * Stickhandling & puck control * Hockey IQ & decision-making * Movement, coordination & athleticism * Position-specific development * Strength, speed & hockey-specific performance * Competitive drills & situational play * Multiple development priorities within one session With a maximum of 2 athletes per session, the 90-minute format allows for greater training volume, more detailed coaching feedback, and deeper work across multiple areas of development while still maintaining a highly individualized environment. Best for teammates, siblings, or similarly skilled athletes seeking comprehensive small-group development and extended direct access to the Performance Director.
Cancellation Policy
To provide a consistent, high-quality training environment for every athlete, AZ Hockey Academy has established the following booking and cancellation policies. Scheduling All sessions are reserved in advance. Membership athletes attend their scheduled weekly training times, while private and small-group sessions are booked individually based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your coach or AZ Hockey Academy at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your training time to another athlete. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in the session being considered completed and charged in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. Membership Attendance Membership training reserves a recurring spot each week specifically for your athlete. If a scheduled membership session is missed without proper notice, that session will count toward your monthly membership and cannot be carried over or credited to a future billing cycle. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy.
