Service Description
Our 8U–10U Development Training program is designed to build strong fundamentals and confidence in young athletes through structured, high-energy training sessions. Each session focuses on developing essential hockey skills including shooting mechanics, puck control, passing, coordination, and overall athletic movement. Athletes train in a small group environment that allows for individualized coaching, high repetition, and constant engagement. This program is part of our membership training system, providing consistent weekly development in a professional, focused environment. Our goal is simple: help young athletes build the foundation they need to grow, compete, and succeed as they advance in the game. WE DEVELOP ATHLETES. WE BUILD CONFIDENCE. WE CREATE OPPORTUNITIES.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a high-quality training environment and consistent scheduling for all athletes, AZ Hockey Academy enforces the following booking and cancellation policies: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to properly manage class sizes and offer availability to other athletes. FAILURE TO CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), will result in the session being counted and/or charged in full. MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS For athletes on a membership plan, missed sessions without proper notice will still count toward the total number of sessions for that billing cycle. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be required. COMMUNICATION For all cancellations or changes, please contact your coach directly. For urgent matters, you may also contact AZ Hockey Academy at (602) 962-2756. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
