Service Description
60-minute Group Development combines individualized coaching with the competitive benefits of training alongside another athlete. Sessions are led by an AZ Hockey Academy Performance Coach and customized around the athletes’ skill levels, development needs, and goals. Training may focus on: * Shooting mechanics & scoring * Stickhandling & puck control * Hockey IQ & decision-making * Movement, coordination & athleticism * Position-specific skill development * Competitive drills & game situations * Hockey-specific strength and performance With up to 2 athletes per session, players receive significant individual coaching and high-quality repetitions while benefiting from competition, shared learning, and game-like situations. Best for teammates, siblings, or similarly skilled athletes looking for personalized development in a competitive small-group environment.
Cancellation Policy
To provide a consistent, high-quality training environment for every athlete, AZ Hockey Academy has established the following booking and cancellation policies. Scheduling All sessions are reserved in advance. Membership athletes attend their scheduled weekly training times, while private and small-group sessions are booked individually based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your coach or AZ Hockey Academy at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your training time to another athlete. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in the session being considered completed and charged in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. Membership Attendance Membership training reserves a recurring spot each week specifically for your athlete. If a scheduled membership session is missed without proper notice, that session will count toward your monthly membership and cannot be carried over or credited to a future billing cycle. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy.
