With a 60-minute format, players receive focused attention from AZHA coaches while benefiting from the energy and competition of training alongside their peers. These sessions emphasize game-specific development, blending drills for stick-handling, shooting, skating, and decision-making. Athletes not only refine their technical abilities but also learn how to apply those skills effectively in real game situations. Cancellation Policy
To provide a consistent, high-quality training environment for every athlete, AZ Hockey Academy has established the following booking and cancellation policies. Scheduling All sessions are reserved in advance. Membership athletes attend their scheduled weekly training times, while private and small-group sessions are booked individually based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your coach or AZ Hockey Academy at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your training time to another athlete. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in the session being considered completed and charged in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. Membership Attendance Membership training reserves a recurring spot each week specifically for your athlete. If a scheduled membership session is missed without proper notice, that session will count toward your monthly membership and cannot be carried over or credited to a future billing cycle. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate. Communication For cancellations, schedule changes, or questions regarding your training schedule, please contact your coach directly.
