Service Description
This program is designed for athletes ages 11U–14U who are ready to take the next step in their development. Each session focuses on building high-level fundamentals, improving game awareness, and developing the habits required to compete at a higher level. Athletes train in a structured, high-energy environment that combines skill development, competition, and performance training. Players will work on: • Shooting mechanics & scoring techniques • Advanced stickhandling & puck control • Passing, timing, and decision-making • Hockey IQ & situational awareness • Strength, balance, and coordination This is not just practice — this is intentional development designed to prepare athletes for travel hockey, high school hockey, and beyond. Small group training ensures maximum reps, coaching attention, and real results.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a high-quality training environment and consistent scheduling for all athletes, AZ Hockey Academy enforces the following booking and cancellation policies: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to properly manage class sizes and offer availability to other athletes. FAILURE TO CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), will result in the session being counted and/or charged in full. MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS For athletes on a membership plan, missed sessions without proper notice will still count toward the total number of sessions for that billing cycle. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be required. COMMUNICATION For all cancellations or changes, please contact your coach directly. For urgent matters, you may also contact AZ Hockey Academy at (602) 962-2756. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
