Service Description
This program is designed for adult athletes and hockey players who want to stay in shape, improve performance, and train in a high-energy, structured environment. Whether you’re a former player, current beer league competitor, or just looking for a more engaging way to train, these sessions combine hockey-specific movement with strength, conditioning, and skill work. Each session focuses on: • Strength, mobility, and injury prevention • Explosive movement, speed, and conditioning • Stickhandling, shooting, and coordination • Functional training built for real performance This is not a typical gym workout — it’s athletic training designed to keep you moving, competing, and feeling your best. Train alongside other motivated adults in a competitive, supportive environment that pushes you to improve every session.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a high-quality training environment and consistent scheduling for all athletes, AZ Hockey Academy enforces the following booking and cancellation policies: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This allows us to properly manage class sizes and offer availability to other athletes. FAILURE TO CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), will result in the session being counted and/or charged in full. MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS For athletes on a membership plan, missed sessions without proper notice will still count toward the total number of sessions for that billing cycle. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true medical emergency, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AZ Hockey Academy. Supporting documentation may be required. COMMUNICATION For all cancellations or changes, please contact your coach directly. For urgent matters, you may also contact AZ Hockey Academy at (602) 962-2756. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
